My background spans a diverse range of industries, bringing strategic design solutions to life and bridging the gap between innovation and impact. As a fierce advocate for neurodiversity and accessibility, I drive change by building inclusive environments and advancing understanding through powerful public speaking and targeted education and coaching.

Home energy report
Home Energy Reports are sent on a regular schedule to residential customers with feedback about energy use, energy efficiency tips, normative comparison to similar neighbors, and occasionally notes about rewards or incentives.
My Role
I was the Lead Designer, creating the design system and informing the data visualization.
Main Goal
Take the print Home Energy Report, and reinvent it for the digital experience, putting mobile first.
Energy portal
The Energy Portal is an example of Real-time feedback, providing Info about a user's immediate energy use through data aggregation. The immediate feedback, strategic communication, and community competition bringing energy to a dynamic and engaging place.
My Role
I was the Lead Product Designer & Reseacher.

Design the UX and UI of an energy portal that rivals our competitors.
